Unison Projects is a private limited company, part of the UCL Group of companies which is owned by the founding directors.

Is Unison Projects a consultancy or Project Management provider?

Unison Projects provides a comprehensive range of complementary services in both project management and transformation consultancy, including facilitation. We also provide expert consulting in Rail and Private Finance Initiative projects.

All of our assignments benefit from aspects of both of the core skills with our transformation programmes and ‘hard’ projects applying our relationship management, process mapping, performance improvement and other consulting techniques. Our results oriented, creative facilitation provides benefits when applied in all of the above services.

In which sector does Unison Projects specialise?

Unison Projects serves both the Public and Private sectors and understands the particular requirements and drivers of each. In the Private Finance Initiative field we represent the interests of both Client and Supplier sides.

Do you provide services to my industry?

Where does the Company’s name come from?

Unison Projects name is derived from our recognition that the key factor in our results is getting all parties to ‘pull together’:

On projects, we identify all of the stakeholders, including client, designers, contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers and approval bodies and establish a common aim of getting the job done well and to time – the best possible outcome for all parties which reflects well on all involved.

For consulting, our approach is characterised by the highest possible involvement of our client’s people. This includes their participation as internal consultants and their contribution to statements of requirements, specification and solutions.
