Information about the Board of Directors

The directors of Unison Projects are Jo Faulkner and Rob McNeil-Wilson.

Jo Faulkner, Managing Director of Unison Projects, takes the lead in Transformation Consulting Services. With over 20 years experience of high profile, transformation consulting, she operated as a senior consultant for Coopers & Lybrand, later PWC, and was employed as a senior internal consultant by Barclays and Marks & Spencer.

Jo has delivered business systems and results, world-wide, through the development and implementation of strategic operational and management information systems. She consistently ensures a strong business and IT partnership in delivery.

Her experience extends across diverse market sectors and includes the development and delivery of business solutions over a variety of technical platforms, including global networked distributed systems

Rob McNeil-Wilson is Chairman and Company Secretary of Unison Projects and a Chartered Engineer with extensive international mining, rail and engineering project experience. He has held diverse operational, project, general management and consulting positions in both the public and private sector, leading large, multi-discipline teams in challenging, safety-critical operations. His early career in underground mine management included various international postings and successful handling of emergency incidents as well as experience during the miners’ dispute, a formative period in British industrial relations.

After gaining an MBA from Cranfield, he operated as Lead Consultant on London Underground’s Company Plan, the UK’s largest and most successful corporate change programme. He joined London Underground’s senior management, delivering significant performance improvements and cost reduction and operating as General Manager of the Victoria line, a semi-autonomous business unit.

Rob has wide experience of Private Finance Initiatives, on both supply and client sides.
