Unison Projects PFI Services

Unison Projects provides a range of consulting and project management services in the PFI area. Our consultants were involved in the earliest manifestations of such initiatives, including market testing, competitive tendering and early PFI.

In the Public Sector, we provide professional support at every stage of the project; from initial feasibility studies, through project structuring and procurement management right through to closing the deal and beyond into implementation. We have considerable experience in local government, defence, health, a range of other government departments and professional bodies such as the Law Society.

In the Private Sector, we advise on business planning, market entry strategies, bid strategy, bid preparation, negotiations and deal closure, all of which are underpinned by our project management experience. We are experienced in accommodation and equipment PFIs, training based PPPs and the establishment of whole life, holistic support agreements for equipment support. We offer objective advice, working collaboratively with our clients to deliver the best possible results.

Contributed services knowledge to successful schools PFI bid.

Managed and undertook all of the bid management and development of a successful hospital PFI bid for an FM provider (both Hard and Soft FM services) who was a new entrant into this challenging and safety critical environment.

Contributed bid and project management and services development for the winning bid for the relocation of the Met. Office.
